LBP Creation Flow
❗️Please remember to review and verify each step carefully before proceeding, as each decision can significantly impact the success of your LBP launch.
Step 1: Branding
Begin the LBP creation process by starting with the "Branding" step:
Upload your project's logo or provide the URL where the logo is hosted.
Choose and upload a banner image for your LBP, or add the URL for the banner image.
Token logo: validation (size, valid formats)
LBP Banner: validation (size, valid formats)
Select Network & Add Token Information:
You can select the blockchain network where your token is issued (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, etc.) from a dropdown list.
Enter your project's ERC-20 token address.
Confirm that your token's name, ticker, total supply, and other details are correctly displayed and validated on the platform.
❗️WARNING: If your ERC-20 has transfer restrictions or transfer hooks, it is essential that you launch a test pool before your LBP to ensure your custom functionality does not impede the pool creation or closing process.
Step 2: LBP Settings
Move to the "Tokenomics" section and configure the financial aspects of your LBP.
Select arbiters if required. Arbiters can be thought of as individuals or entities that ensure the LBP is conducted fairly and according to the rules.
Choose an LBP type (Only “Buy&Sell” in V1).
Enter the number of project tokens you want to distribute in the LBP and select the collateral token, which backers will use to purchase your tokens.
Define the starting weight of your project token in the pool, typically a high percentage to begin with.
Set the end weight to define how the token's weight in the pool will decrease over time.
Define the duration of your token's purchase availability and set the starting and ending dates and times for your LBP.
Make sure to check the Price Discovery Review section to understand how your configurations affect the token's price trajectory during the LBP.
Step 3: Vesting (Coming soon)
If applicable, configure the vesting schedule for your token. This may include setting the duration and rate at which the tokens will be released post-LBP.
Step 4: Project Info
Add an LBP description using the text redactor. Tailor your project description to correspond with your audience’s needs. You can also check the preview of your description before proceeding.
Include the website link and X (Twitter) account. Optionally, add Discord and Telegram handles and provide a link to the whitepaper.
Define the geographic restrictions by selecting regions or countries where your LBP should be blocked.
Provide details of any previous investment rounds, if any. By clicking yes, you must include the amount raised, valuation, and other relevant details.
Step 5: Review and Deployment
Review all the information provided in a summary format. Double-check for accuracy.
You can edit the details before proceeding.
Confirm all details and agree to the terms and conditions set by the Nexus platform.
Sign approval transactions and complete the LBP scheduling!
